We found a lot to love in just 72 hours.<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Did you say it\u2019s 600 years old?!<br \/>\nThe U.S. has 100 year old buildings, South America has 200 year old, Europe boasts about 400 year old stuff\u2026 but China, we\u2019re talking 600 year old buildings! And they\u2019re beautiful and so interesting.<\/li>\n<li>26 Billion People in Beijing, and it\u2019s a super considerate, clean and organized city.<\/li>\n<li>Park Life.<br \/>\nParks and palaces that are beautiful and used by the people every day for singing, dancing, tai chi, playing games and just hanging out. We went to the Summer Palace and the Heaven Temple and got to experience it.<a href=\"http:\/\/theagostins.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/09\/P1210254.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-large wp-image-2617\" src=\"http:\/\/theagostins.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/09\/P1210254-1024x768.jpg\" alt=\"P1210254\" width=\"800\" height=\"600\" \/><\/a><\/li>\n<li>Hutongs: Ancient Arteries of the City.<br \/>\nThese winding alleyways have ancient architecture and it\u2019s where we got to see the real city come to life.<\/li>\n<li>The Great Wall.<br \/>\nOur day trip out to visit it showed us the beauty of China\u2019s countryside. What an amazing structure.<\/li>\n<li>Enthusiastic attire.<br \/>\nPeople go all out dressing up in character. They really\u00a0get into whatever activity they are doing, or do it just to look unique.<a href=\"http:\/\/theagostins.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/09\/P1210336.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-large wp-image-2622\" src=\"http:\/\/theagostins.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/09\/P1210336-1024x768.jpg\" alt=\"P1210336\" width=\"800\" height=\"600\" \/><\/a><\/li>\n<li>Feng Shui design in everything.<br \/>\nWhether it was a palace, a room in a restaurant, a park or a neighborhood this thoughtful design was employed.
